Lads has anyone ever experienced this on arma it gets very laggy first when logging in and then randomly during game play (normally at the worst time possible) my ping same to be out. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated as its starting chip away at my cool calculated nature lol.

I have ARMA loaded on a HDD not a SSD so after starting up the game in I get the same issue.. that's just all the textures being loaded into memory I believe. After 2 mins or so of play, everything is running smooth. So that might be the same thing you're seeing.
As for the second issue of the game stuttering when you're in combat, I don't know the cause of that is.. sorry.

try turning off your aimbot see if that makes any difference

ah lads easy with all the hacking stuff you should all know at this stage the only way i could hack would be to get a chisel and hammer to the side of my monitor lol
