just downloaded that for a quick look see and i'm impressed it's very good, the detail of the levels os good
i didn't do much on it because i couldn't add any squads or anything think you have to be online and for the 5 minutes i was loking at it i couldn't bothered just yet

YOu don't have to be online, you can get everything ready offline. But online, everyone can see the same screen and can follow the instructions of the admin. It's a VERY powerful tool but someone has to take the time to get the tatics worked out...
