Some of the stuff seems to be going for an ok price.
But dont know if there cowboys or not

few threads on boards.ie about them, generally saying that they're overpriced and to avoid them.

That said, if you know the parts you want and compare prices on overclockers.co.uk, harwareversand, scan.co.uk and komplett.ie and after that you're happy with the custompc.ie price over the rest, then I don't see any reason to avoid?

Correct me if I'm wrong.

aye looked at one they had there for 800 odd without an OS and did a quick look on Komplette for the same parts and it worked out 200 euro less.
