I'm getting a new SSD Drive...
« on: January 07, 2012, 04:52:07 PM »
First off, I'll get the following card: http://www.eurieka.ie/products.asp?partno=PEXSAT32 as it works on PCI-E 2.0 and has gotten good reviews.

I'll be getting Corsair Force Series GT 120GB SSD in Ireland for ?200 - I'll be picking it up from the source, so it works out at only ?20 dearer than Amazon, but I know I'll have it on/before Friday.

So, I was wondering if anyone here knows of any reason why not to get this drive/card?

Because you cant fix it using mechano and it doesn't come with C4

Get it, an SSD makes a massive difference, everything just happens so much faster.
Install windows onto it and you most played games.
Use steam mover app if you want to move some steam games onto it, if like me and yout steam games list is way too big for your SSD this is a great app.
It works with all games, not just steam ones.

Exactly, simple to use, you can move games back and forth as you please.
