Hell Let Loose is a realistic World War Two first person shooter with open battles of 100 players with infantry, tanks, artillery, a dynamically shifting front line and a unique resource based strategic meta-game. This is World War Two at a scale you've never played before.

I've been playing this game for a few days and I can see the squad play in this game is great having to work with tanks to help you push a capture point, but meanwhile the tank crew are shitting themselves and hoping you protect their flank.

Guns are strong 2 hits and ur dead as a troop, tanks are taken out in 2 hits but are beasts.
limted roles so its not a sniper fest, but you can not solo this game as you will be picked off quickly.

The Witcher series isn’t “the poor cousin of Lord of the Rings or Game of Thrones”

Bears. Necrophages. Dragons. The Witcher 3 is one of the best RPGs on PC and so is accordingly jam-packed with some of the biggest, baddest monster foes to fight. Though they don’t really feature in The Witcher Netflix series trailer, it’s probably a safe bet that Henry Cavill’s Geralt of Rivia will have to take on his fair share of monsters in the show. However, it looks like the series has got quite an unusual approach to this - it will largely steer away from CGI.
As reported by CBR, The Witcher series’ production designer, Andrew Laws, and showrunner, Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, recently spoke to French language magazine Première about special effects in the show. According to the site, Laws said (roughly translated from French), “I don't want to see the actor play in front of a green screen, talking to a green ball.”
“We wanted something real, even during fight sequences," he explained, adding that these days viewers are easily able to identify CGI when it’s used on-screen, and that it can result in a sense of immersion being lost. He continued, “If you create excellent CGI in one scene, you have to keep the same level of quality for all the others.”

Valve and Nintendo helped bring Divinity: Original Sin 2 to Switch

As much as I love my Nintendo Switch, it’s safe to say that it has some technical limitations when compared to my PC. So earlier this month, when Larian announced that it was bringing its massive RPG, Divinity: Original Sin 2, to the platform, I was a little sceptical.
Thankfully, however, it seems as though the company has had plenty of help in bringing the new version of the game to life, most notably from the people behind the platforms themselves. In an interview with PCGN, Javier Moya, software engineer at port developer Blitworks, said that their team “had support from Nintendo and Steam, who helped us with any technical problems that we faced.”
Those problems ranged from syncing up the game’s cross-save capabilities, to getting Steam logins working on the Switch’s web-view, but that’s far from an exhaustive list of the challenges faced. Moya also says that “one of the biggest challenges was to make the cross-save as transparent as possible for the players.”

Battle royale games: what are the best games like Fortnite?

The origins of battle royale games are manifold, but what they involve is largely the same: lots of players go in, only one leaves. Battle royale is a violent, unpredictable, and frenzied multiplayer mode where the only goal is to endure until you’re the sole survivor.
All tactics and styles of play are equally viable in battle royale games. You can win by hiding in bushes and waiting for the herd to thin out, or scavenge a weapon and start reducing the numbers yourself. With the explosion of Fortnite, PUBG and Apex Legends, you would be forgiven for thinking there are only three battle royales out there, but there are now numerous other contenders to challenge them, each with its own spin on the established formula.
Whether you're after a free PUBG clone or an inventive new twist on the formula, there is a battle royale game out there for everyone. So, to help you broaden your horizons, we have assembled this handy guide to the best battle royale games on PC.

Gaming Feed News / We’re giving away 50 codes to the CoD: Modern Warfare PC beta!

We’re giving away 50 codes to the CoD: Modern Warfare PC beta!

The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare multiplayer beta recently went live on PlayStation 4, but we on PC have to wait another week before we can get to flashbanging and downing tangos. I'm assured these terms refer to throwing grenades and killing terrorists rather than a hen do on a Mediterranean cruise.
Anyway: the beta comes to PC on September 21 and we have 50 codes to give away. We recommend shooter fans check it out - when we went hands-on with Modern Warfare's multiplayer, we deemed it "as brilliant as the original."
And by "original", we of course refer to CoD 4: Modern Warfare - the 2007 classic that propelled the series to the forefront of the shooter genre. Developer Infinity Ward says Modern Warfare 2019 is a fresh take on the 2007 premise - the campaign promises to be as close a look at the harsh reality of war today as videogames can achieve. Its multiplayer, however, is the same fast-paced bombastic fun.
